An unidentified signaller or radio operator from the 3rd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (3RAR), lies on a hillside next to his portable field radio. The aerial of the radio has been extended, however the signaller is not wearing headphones, so is possibly setting the radio up, testing it or carrying out repairs.
