They are being escorted from their car by two men wearing suits with tails, waistcoats and striped trousers, who are also using umbrellas to protect them from the rain. The woman is wearing a short fur coat, elbow length satin gloves and a lace shawl over her head. Note a Japanese photographer is standing at the right holding his camera.
