Korea. 25 December 1953. Following army tradition, these unidentified 2 Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (2RAR) enlisted men were served Christmas dinner by their non commissioned officers (NCO). A well laid placement for each soldier has been prepared, including an intial bottle of beer per man. Christmas decorations and festive signs decorate the mess and several South Korean Augmentation Troops Commonwealth (KATCOM), attached to 2RAR, are sitting amongst the Australians.
