Queenslanders 11798 Corporal (Cpl) Terrence Allan McCoy (in chair), 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR) and 22106 Cpl Ernest Joseph Moore, 1RAR, (right) both of Brisbane, are spending their third Christmas in Korea this year. With them is 27080 Private (Pte) William James Smith, 1RAR, (rear), of Newcastle, NSW, who is a veteran of one 'White Christmas' spent among the snow-covered hills of the Korean truce line. Cpl McCoy always has to be ordered a special haircut at Christmas as the sub zero weather makes him reluctant to part with his top thatch. The Korean barber (left) is about to commence operations.
