Description
At the Headquarters of the Australian Forces Vietnam (HQ AFV), the Company Quarter Master, Staff Sergeant John Randall of Albert Park, Vic, and a Vietnamese office girl at HQ AFV, Miss Lan, hold up the ribbon to the Victoria Cross (VC). The ribbon had to be sent from Australia so it could be given to the Army's two VC winners, Warrant Officer (WO) Ray Simpson, and WO Keith Payne.
