A boy from Dunolly / Danielle Hircock.
Abstract
Douglas Cumper from Dunolly enlisted in the AIF in July 1915 and reached the rank of Sergeant. Three months short of his 21st birthday, Douglas was killed in action. In this article the author describes Douglas's military service from time of enlistment.
