Abstract
In this article the author describes how the Australian Army evolved in the period of 1901 following the Federation and 1910. The author describes the raising of the Federal Army in 1901, followed by a restricting that took part in 1903. The author concludes with the demise of the post federation Army that took part in late 1909.
