Description
Hoa Long, Vietnam. 1967-07. Minister for the Army Malcolm Fraser (right), and the Secretary, Department of the Army, Bruce White (centre) inspect a new well at the village, about three miles from the 1st Australian Task Force Base (1ATF) at Nui Dat. They were inspecting the progress of the Civic Action Program during a five day tour of Australian bases. (See also CAM/67/0611/vn).
