Description
Collection relating to the publication of The Anzac Book by Charles Edwin Woodrow Bean and Arthur William Bazley, 1916.
The collection includes drafts of contributions to the book, including works that were not included in the final edition of the book. Some of these works were later published in the Rising Sun Magazine.
Additionally, the collection contains planning notes by Bean, an explanatory note by Bazley in his capacity as co-editor of the book prior to his transfer to the Australian War Records Section, and newpaper cuttings containing reviews of the book.
