Loose-leaf typescript manuscript. Provides a history of the 21st Battalion AIF from formation through to the end of hostilities. Provides details on the nature of life where the battalion served and the men's experiences of service. Accounts of major actions the Battalion were involved in are included, as well as accounts of smaller actions such as patrols. A detailed account of the mutiny in response to the order to disband is also included. In each section a summary of casualties is provided as well as a listing of honours and awards received.
