Description
Original diary (1915 - 1916) and bound typescript copy of Signaller "Billy" Williams The diary documents his service with 19th Battalion on Gallipoli and the Western Front. The back pages of the diary contain sketches, maps, notes on weapons, poems and addresses of friends. The bound transcript, compiled by Rod Williams and Sue Moore contains additional photographs and service papers.
