Description
Collection relating to the First World War service of 2180 Corporal George Courtney Benson. Collection consists of an illustrated letter written by Benson, to his nephew and nieces. The letter dispenses advice to his young relatives, accompanied by amusing illustrations. Benson would go on to be commissioned as an official artist in April 1918.
