Linton, Noel Glendenning (Sapper, b.1889 - d.1963)
Description
Collection relating to the First World War service of 15713 Sapper Noel Glendenning Linton, 15th Field Company Engineers. Collection consists of a typescript diary kept by Linton, from time of his embarkation in 1916 until his return to Australia in 1918. Contents describe his training in England and combat in France including his wounding near Ypres. Also included inside the cover of the typescript is Linton's discharge certificate.
