Description
Letters, telegram and condolence cards sent at the time of Private Hardy's death during the Japanese Cowra Outbreak in August 1944. Correspondence connected with award of George Cross and subsequent commemorative activities Willoughby Memorial Trust Garden, Municipality of Cowra Memorial Cairn, 22 Garrison Battalion reunion and the donation of Hardy's medals to the Memorial.
