Description
Souvenir invitation for entertainment presented during the First World War. This card is an invitation to attend a performance of 'Katinka' by the Royal Comic Opera Company at Her Majesty's Theatre in London on Friday 6 December 1915. The card is also an admittance ticket and notes that this is for an 'official and gala performance'. This performance was also attended by the State Governor, the Premier, representatives of the Federal and State Ministries, the Consuls of the Allied Nations and the District Commandant.
