Autograph of John Hurst Edmondson
Description
Autograph of NX15705 Corporal John Hurst Edmondson VC, taken from a textbook he used as a student at Hurlstone Agricultural High School, Sydney. The donor of the item used the text book during the Second World War, after Edmondson was awarded a posthumous Victoria Cross. Their biographical notes on Edmondson accompany the autograph. The autograph is 'crossed out' as each textbook was passed from student to student.
