Description
Letter relating to the First World War service of 2nd Lieutenant Cuthbert Clive Finlay, 17th Battalion. The letter was written by Cuthbert Finlay to the Director of the Australian War Memorial on 9 December 1929. In the letter Finlay recounts the unofficial truce held between Australian and Turkish troops in November 1915 at Gallipoli.
