Letter and photograph relating to First World War service of Lance Sergeant Frank Jubilee Olle. The letter to his parents contains a long description of the Sydney/Emden encounter from Olle's perspective travelling on HMAT Orvieto. He mentions taking on German prisoners from the Emden, and a lecture given by Charles Bean on the Orvieto regarding the encounter.
