An album relating to the service of Matron Mary McLean Loughron, Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service, 2nd Stationary Hospital. This album contains a series of watercolour paintings depicting various aspects of life and nursing at No 2. Stationary Hospital, Abbeville, France, with one illustration for each letter of the alphabet. This first album contains letters A through L.
