Diary of Apcar Leslie De Vine, 18 August 1918 - 17 April 1919
Description
Diary relating to the First World War service of 330 Sergeant Apcar Leslie De Vine, 4th Infantry Battalion. This diary spans the period from 18 August 1918 - 17 April 1919. During this period, De Vine returned from the School of Musketry to his battalion at Corbie to join the advance, but was shot on 11 September 1918. He was transferred to hospital in Wales and later England. After leave in France, he was discharged 6 October 1919, returning to Australia on the Ormonde.
