File relating to the First World War service of Trooper Richard Walters Crozier, 6th Light Horse Regiment. The newspaper clippings concern the death of Trooper Crozier in 1916 and include a published extract from a letter sent home by his brother, Private Sydney James Crozier. In the published extract, Private Sydney Crozier tells his father that "I was with him to the last...Dick had no pain at all. He died on the battlefield - a good soldier and a good man".
