Letters from James Vincent Clarke, 1917
Copies of letters relating to the First World War service of Gunner James Vincent Clarke, 36th Heavy Artillery Brigade. The original letters were written by Gunner Clarke to his family between 28 January 1917 and 16 July 1917. In the letters Gunner Clarke comments on his hospitalisation, joining of a heavy artillery brigade and the fighting at Pozieres.
