Typescript copy of a letter relating to the First World War service of 765 Corporal Donald Gordon Campbell, 51st Battalion. The original letter was written by Donald Campbell to his mother on 6 May 1915 and describes the Dardanelles landing and his involvement in subsequent actions at Gallipoli. The typescript copy was made by the Australian War Memorial in 1928. The location of the original is unknown.
