File of papers relating to the First World War service of Brigadier General John Monash, 4th Infantry Brigade. This file, originally part of Book 10, covers 12 November 1915 to 18 November 1915 and includes several reports by members of the 14th and 16th Battalions stationed at Durrant's Post in relation to an incident involving patrols on the night of 13 November, an account of Lord Kitchener's visit to Gallipoli, tables showing the strength of each battalion of the 4th Brigade for the months of September, October and November, as well as a letter from Monash to other commanding officers regarding the continued heavy burden placed upon his brigade.
