Personal correspondence relating to the First World War service of Brigadier General Henry Arthur Goddard. The file consists of messages and letters sent by Brigadier General Goddard between 1918 and 1935. The messages congratulate a number of soldiers from the 9th Infantry Brigade on receiving the Military Cross, discuss alterations to the British Official History and describe the Villers-Bretonneaux Operation in April 1918.
