Diary relating to the First World War service of 25 Lance Corporal Thomas James Richards, 1st Australian Field Ambulance (AFA). The entries in this diary span the period 9 June to 22 July 1916 and cover the move of the 1st AFA to Doulieu near Armentieres, following the 1st Division which had been allotted a sector of the nearby front. This diary was originally bound by Richards into the third of four volumes and donated to the Australian War Memorial in 1933.
