Description
Silver-plated, 'Class A Victor', bugle. The mouthpiece is a No.1 manufactured by 'POTTER LONDON'. The bugle is engraved on the top surface 'SUBSCRIBED BY MEMBERS OF 'C' COMPANY 13TH INFANTRY A.I.E.F. 1914'.
History / Summary
This bugle was purchased by subscription in 1914 by members of C Company, 13 Battalion, AIF. It was presented to the War Memorial in 1919 after being used on active service overseas.
