McLean DFC AFC of Gnowangerup, WA, married Mrs Elfrida (Frida) Bruce, an English girl, who has been in India for several years and met her husband while serving as a Field Welfare worker with Indian Red Cross at a forward hospital. The ceremony took place at Calcutta. Wg Cdr McLean RAAF is the Commanding Officer of No. 117 (Transport) Squadron RAF.
