Hathazari, Eastern Bengal, India. c. 21 February 1945. Table niceties are dispensed with when you come back from a tiring trip dropping supplies from Douglas C47 Dakota transport aircraft No. 117 Squadron RAF in Burma. Condensed milk tins serve as a cup for 422846 Flight Sergeant Noel Felstead, RAAF, pilot and captain of Brighton, Vic (left), and 434222 Flying Officer (FO) Frank Hudson, RAAF, wireless air gunner of Belmore, NSW. FO Hudson was twenty months overseas with the Australian 6th Division and evacuated from Greece and Crete before transferring to the RAAF.
