An Thanh, South Vietnam. March 1970. This home in a tiny hamlet, was the scene of a reunion between a former Viet Cong woman and her family. Le Thi Hoa (?Tran Thi Sinh) rallied to the South Vietnamese Government under the Chieu Hoi or Open Arms programme. Private Dave Everitt of Adelaide, SA, Sergeant Russell Tetlow of Sydney, NSW, and a Vietnamese sergeant escorted the woman back to meet her family for the first time in five years.
