This is a no parking zone; buses and coaches must park in the dedicated areas provided on Treloar Crescent (see map below). Security regularly monitor the movement of traffic in this area, to ensure the safety of all visitors onsite.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellations or changes in numbers need to be made in writing no less than 5 working days prior to visiting.
Accompanying adults are free of charge. Students must be supervised at all times. Please ensure a ratio of at least one accompanying adult to 15 students.
Please remind students about appropriate behaviour at the Memorial. Teachers have duty of care and responsibility for their group.
Backpacks, food and drink
Please leave all food, drinks and backpacks on your coach as there is limited storage space. Bottled water and medication may be carried into the galleries.
Pencil and pens
To protect the Memorial's collection, pencils, rather than pens, should be used in the galleries if necessary.
