Wellbeing: Support for our people

We're committed to creating a safe, inclusive and supportive workplace where people feel respected, valued and able to thrive.

Support when you need it:

  • Free, confidential counselling for you and your family (Employee Assistance Program)
  • Team-based wellbeing support, including incident response and training

Health and wellbeing

  • Free annual health checks and flu vaccinations
  • Online wellbeing resources, webinars and mindfulness tools
  • Accredited by the Australian Breastfeeding Association

Returning to work

If you need time away due to illness or injury, we’ll support your return with a personalised plan that protects your privacy and helps you stay connected.

Safe and respectful workplace

  • Strong focus on workplace health and safety
  • Access to trained support staff, including First Aid Officers and Harassment Contact Officers
