Ordering and delivery during the festive season
Our team are busy processing online orders during the festive season.
Memorial Shop orders
While every effort will be made to ensure you receive your order prior to Christmas, we ask that all orders are placed by Sunday 4 December. Pre-Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed for any orders placed after the cut-off dates, or those requiring international delivery.
Australia Post is working hard to deliver your parcels. However, due to the increased pressure on Australia Post’s delivery network during the festive season, we strongly recommend selecting the Express Post option for best chance of delivery before Christmas. Image, film and sound orders
Our team are also accepting orders for printed and digital images, film footage and sound recordings. However, our standard processing time for these orders is 30 business days. As such, delivery prior to Christmas cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that the Memorial Shop will remain open over the festive period (24 December 2022 to 2 January 2023). Online orders can be submitted during this time but they will not be processed until the New Year.
