We remember: Australia's story explores stories and experiences of Australian military service personnel and addresses issues such as mental health and veteran wellbeing. It also looks at how Australia commemorates as a nation (through events and symbolism), military culture, the concepts of volunteering and conscription, Indigenous issues, migration and prisoners of war.
Created as part of the Early Childhood Defence Programs project, this book is part of a series of research-based storybooks, all designed to increase and support a child's understanding about the work of their parents and how it affect their lives. Topics focus on deployment, health impacts and family life in general.
