Indigenous service - a resource for secondary schools

Investigating the wartime experiences of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people from the First World War to the present has been developed to target secondary schools in collaboration with the Shrine of Remembrance. The resource acknowledges the service and sacrifice of Indigenous men and women from the First World War to the present and provides a social and political context of their service in the light of past racial discrimination.
