Devotion: stories of Australia's wartime nurses


Devotion explores the contribution and courage of Australian nurses in conflicts and peacekeeping operations from the Boer War to the present. This new commemorative publication, written as a joint project between the Australian War Memorial and the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, is the first book in the Century of service series and is aimed at primary and lower secondary school students. It features stories and images from the Memorial’s rich collection, along with questions for  discussion, a map and timeline.
