This image rich publication draws on the Australian War Memorial’s diverse collection, including private records, and combines stories with interesting fact boxes, educational questions, and research activities.

Audacity: Stories of Heroic Australians in Wartime has been shortlisted for the Children’s Book Council of Australia 2015 Awards, in the Eve Pownall Award for information books category.
