The Australian War Memorial, in collaboration with the Australian Embassy in Washington DC, has launched a new art exhibition as part of the Embassy’s 2013 ANZAC Day program. The exhibition, titled Point of View – Afghanistan, features the digital film and photography by renowned Australian artist Shaun Gladwell, one of the Memorial’s recent Official War Artists.

This collaborative exhibition with the Australian Embassy provides a unique opportunity to present the Memorial’s collection, research, and its innovative programs to an international audience.

This catalogue provides a taste of the exhibition and gives an insight into Gladwell’s painting, video and photography practice.
