Description
A collection card used to record contributions to Australian Comforts Fund's Adoption Appeal through the use of stamps. Adoption Stamps were affix to the card to record the donation of one shilling. Donors to the appeal were encouraged to buy a stamp each week for a year. Once the card was complete, the donor received a certificate. The inside of the card is designed like a calendar with 52 spaces. The outside explains the role of the Australian Comforts fund.
