Description
Army Book 152 relating to the First World War service of Brigadier General Henry Arthur Goddard, 35th Battalion. This correspondence book, titled 'Confidential II', was used by Brigadier General Goddard between 13 June 1917 and 28 October 1917. It contains correspondence regarding the awarding of promotions to soldiers of the 35th Battalion as a result of military operations carried out at Messines on the 28th and 29th July 1917.
