Frontispiece to a photograph album. The artwork consists of a representation of the 1908 Australian Coat of Arms with the words "Christmas 1917". The artwork is signed by Frank Vaughan. The inscription reads "To Lieutenant Colonel Knox CMG Wishing him the Compliments of the Season From a very grateful ANZAC." Lieutenant Colonel Knox CMG and 4203 Private Francis William Knox both served with the 23rd Battalion.
