Description
British First World War recruitment poster by acclaimed British silhouette artist, Harry Oakley. Depicts at the right of the poster a man in silhouette carrying his rifle and bayonet at the ready. Behind him, in gray, are his comrades, also depicted in silhouette. . Depicts a soldier striding forward with a bayonet. The title and remaining text dominate the left portion of the work, and are printed in gray and black ink.
