Landon, Harrop (Private, 46th Bn)
Description
Original 8 page letter written by 3816 Pte Harrop Landon to his cousin Edith Landon describing his service with the 46th Bn AIF in Egypt, and in France on the Somme, and on leave in England after being wounded. The letter is dated 5 December 1916. Pte Landon was Killed in Action on 1 October 1917.
