Description
Studio portrait of 590 Private (Pte) Frederick Lawson, B Company, 29th Battalion, of Moonee Ponds, Vic. Pte Lawson enlisted on 13 July 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Ascanius on 10 November 1915. He later served as a lance corporal and returned to Australia on 13 April 1919 as a member of the 32nd Battalion.
