Destroyers of the Allied fleet entering the harbour of the port on the Black Sea. The squadron, which included HMAS Swan and HMAS Parramatta, took over several Russian warships for use by Russian forces opposing the Bolsheviks at Sevastopol. The Allies opposed the Bolsheviks, who were on friendly terms with Germany.
