Foggia, Italy. 1943. A Curtiss P40 Kittyhawk fighter bomber of No. 3 Squadron RAAF, having a thorough overhaul after returning from an operation over Yugoslavia. This Squadron along with two other squadrons of No. 239 Wing RAF went to the aid of Yugoslav patriots.
