Description
Private diary kept throughout 1917 by Lieutenant Malcolm A. Fraser, of the 51st Battalion AIF, while serving in France and on recreation leave in England. Significant portions of the diary are concerned with training, both in France and England e.g at the Lark Hill camp near Salisbury. In addition to the record of his service life are frequent notes relating to his wife's activities in Australia.
