Description
Diary of Sergeant Cahill describing activities in England and France during the First World War; German propaganda booklet dropped on the trenches of the 34th Infantry Battalion; trench map Zonnebeke and Calais 13- France map. Also contains two certificates awarded to F.J. Cahill in 1968. The first was created by the Union Nationale des Combattants, on the conferral of the Medaille du Merite. The second was created by the Confederation Europeenne des Anciens Combattants, on the conferral of the Croiz du Combattant de l'Europe.
