Description
A ship's boat approaching the side of the flagship HMS Orvieto (A3) at anchor in King George Sound, Albany, WA. The light cruiser at left rear is either HMAS Melbourne or HMAS Sydney which were both part of the naval escort for the first convoy carrying the AIF to the Middle East.
