Description
Embroidered silk postcard made in France during the First World War. Of envelope design this postcard features two robins holding a banner with the Union Jack and the French flag at either end. Violets and rosebuds also feature in the design. A small card insert features the message "To my dearest", illustrated with a cherub holding letters, a hat box and a basket.
